1. Data and Permission Handling Related to Functions

These permissions include but are not limited to:
(1) Camera Permission
Related Functions: Real-time preview, high-power zoom, image lock, object recognition, scanned text intelligent summary, image adjustment (brightness/contrast/saturation), filter application, image freeze.
How We Access and Use Your Data: We access real-time image data only when you activate the camera function to implement zoom, lock, recognition, scanning, and other operations. We do not access the camera when you are not using it, do not access it in the background, and do not record videos or take photos (unless you actively click the "Save" button).
Data Storage and Sharing: Not stored. Real-time images only exist in memory and are not persistently saved locally, nor are they uploaded to any server. After closing the camera permission, this software cannot provide any visual services.
(2) Microphone Permission
Related Functions: Voice control command collection and recognition.
How We Access and Use Your Data: Access timing - The microphone is accessed only when you actively use the voice control function, starting to listen after you click the "Microphone" button on the screen. Access method - Your voice commands are collected in real-time and sent to an on-device recognition engine for semantic understanding. After the command is recognized, the corresponding operation is executed. Scenarios without access: The microphone is not accessed if you have not clicked the microphone button or after turning off the voice control function. What we do not do: We do not continuously listen in the background, do not record without your authorization, do not save any voice files, and do not use it for voice identity recognition or voiceprint collection. Environmental notice: Recognition accuracy may decrease in noisy environments. Manual operation is recommended as a backup method.
Data Storage and Sharing: Not stored, not shared. Your voice commands are not saved in any form during the real-time recognition process. After recognition is complete, the original recording data is immediately discarded from memory. Recording files are not saved to local storage.
(3) Storage Permission
Function Description: Provides image saving functions, including: Saving frozen images (saving the frozen image in picture format to the device photo album); Saving recognition result screenshots (saving the intelligent summary or object recognition result interface as a screenshot); Saving adjusted images (saving images that have been processed with brightness, contrast, and filter adjustments).
How We Access and Use Your Data: Access timing - Storage space is written only when you actively click buttons such as "Save," "Screenshot," or "Export." Writing method - The current image or interface screenshot is written to the specified directory in JPEG/PNG format. Read scope - This software does not proactively read any existing photos in your album. Only when you use the "Import Image" function (if available), the system file selector allows you to actively select an image, and the App only accesses the single image you selected. Scenarios without access - Storage permission is not accessed when you have not clicked the save button. What we do not do - We do not automatically save any images, do not read/write storage in the background, do not scan or analyze your album content, do not delete or modify other files in your album, and do not upload your images to any cloud. Impact of permission withdrawal - After closing storage permission, all save functions are unavailable, but core functions such as real-time preview, recognition, and zoom are not affected.
Data Storage and Sharing: Local storage only, not shared. Images you actively save are stored in the device's local photo album. You can view, edit, and delete these images anytime through the device's built-in photo application.
2. Collection and Use of Device Information
To ensure the normal operation of the App, implementation of basic functions, and improvement of user experience, we collect some device information that cannot identify personal identity when necessary. This information is usually aggregated and anonymous.
1) Types of Device Information Collected:
Device Identifiers: Such as the device's advertising identifier (IDFA) or Vendor Identifier (IDFV). These identifiers cannot be directly linked to your personal identity. We collect IDFA only when you explicitly consent and only when using advertising or data analysis services.
Device Model and System Information: Such as your iPhone or iPad model and operating system version number. This helps us with compatibility debugging and optimizing App performance.
Application Performance Data: Such as App crash logs and performance data (such as loading time). This helps us diagnose and fix problems to ensure the App runs stably.
Usage Data: Anonymized feature usage data (for example, the number of times the "Memory Cleanup" button was clicked), which helps us understand which features are most popular for improvement.
2) How We Use Device Information:
Ensure the operation of core functions, such as identifying device models during memory cleanup to determine the types of cache that can be cleared.
Analyze and optimize product performance, quickly locating and fixing program errors through crash logs.
Conduct anonymized statistical analysis to improve our services and user experience.
3) Storage and Sharing of Device Information:
This anonymized device information may be shared with our third-party data analysis service providers, but they are strictly bound by contracts and may not use the data for any other purposes. We do not associate device information with your personal sensitive data.
3. General Declarations
Permission Control: You always have full control. You can revoke any authorization to our App (such as photos, microphone) at any time through iOS "Settings" > "Privacy & Security." After revocation, the corresponding functions will no longer be available.
Data Security: We employ industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data security.

Section 2: Retention Policy

When personal information has fulfilled its collection purpose, or after we confirm your deletion or account cancellation request, or after we discontinue the corresponding product or service, we will stop retaining it and delete or anonymize it. If the purpose is for public interest, scientific, historical research, or statistical purposes, we will continue to retain relevant data based on applicable laws.
Information collected for personalized content recommendation and display will be stored on the server for 30 days. Device information, system version information, region and language settings, and other data collected in authorization management will be retained for 90 days.
