The "AI Magnifier" service and its related technologies and functions (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") are provided by Xiangsuan Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). This Service Agreement is a legally binding contract between us and users who access and use this Service (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user").
Through this Agreement, you will understand how we provide this Service to you, the rules you should follow when using this Service, our statements regarding the provision of this Service and related services, and other important information. Please read and fully understand this Agreement carefully, paying special attention to the provisions regarding dispute jurisdiction and information collection. By using this Service, you are deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement and formed a legally binding agreement with us. You must be at least 18 years old to access and use this Service. If you are under 18, you may use this Service only with the consent of your parents or legal guardian. If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, please stop registering, downloading, installing, or using this software immediately.
"AI Magnifier" aims to provide you with convenient services such as high-magnification zoom, intelligent summary, and voice control. Specific functions are as follows:
1.1 Object Recognition and Intelligent Summary Function
The object recognition, text recognition, and intelligent summary functions provided by this software are based on artificial intelligence and machine learning models. The recognition results are for auxiliary reference only and do not constitute any professional advice (including but not limited to medical diagnosis, medication guidance, legal opinions, or appraisal conclusions).
Special Note: For the recognition and summary of drug instructions, you should always refer to the original instructions. Do not rely solely on the recognition results for medication. If in doubt, consult a doctor or pharmacist. We assume no responsibility for any direct or indirect losses arising from reliance on the recognition results.
1.2 High-Magnification Zoom Function
The high-magnification zoom of this software is digital zoom, achieved through image cropping and interpolation algorithms. Actual clarity is limited by factors such as the device's camera hardware performance, lighting conditions, and shooting distance.
We do not guarantee clear images under all devices and all lighting conditions. Images at high magnification may appear blurry, noisy, or distorted, which is a normal technical limitation of digital zoom.
1.3 Voice Control Function
Users can use natural language voice commands to invoke and control core functions without manually touching the screen.
Voice command recognition is based on a speech recognition engine. Recognition accuracy is affected by environmental noise, pronunciation clarity, accents, speaking speed, device microphone performance, and other factors. 100% recognition accuracy is not guaranteed. In noisy environments, we recommend using manual operation as a backup method.
General Disclaimer: This software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:
· The software being completely error-free, interruption-free, virus-free, or free of other malicious code;
· Any function of the software meeting your requirements or expectations;
· The software being fully compatible with your device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this software, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, business interruption, personal injury, or property damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
2.1 To facilitate the user's use of services provided by "AI Magnifier" and its partners, the user agrees and authorizes "AI Magnifier" and its partners to share user information necessary for the realization of the services.
2.2 When using the "AI Magnifier" service, users must comply with the following principles:
· Comply with relevant national laws and regulations;
· Comply with all agreements and procedures related to the "AI Magnifier" service;
· Not use the "AI Magnifier" service system for any illegal purpose;
· Not use the "AI Magnifier" service system to perform any actions that may adversely affect the normal operation of the internet or mobile networks;
· Not use the services provided by "AI Magnifier" to upload, display, or disseminate any false, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise illegal information;
· Not infringe upon the patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, reputation rights, or any other legal rights of "AI Magnifier" or any third party;
· Not use the "AI Magnifier" service system to perform any actions detrimental to "AI Magnifier".
2.3 If a user violates any of the above provisions while using the "AI Magnifier" service, "AI Magnifier" or its authorized personnel shall have the right to demand the user to rectify the situation or directly take all necessary measures (including but not limited to changing or deleting the user's content, suspending or terminating the user's right to use the "AI Magnifier" service) to mitigate the impact of the user's improper behavior.
You should use the "AI Magnifier" product officially released by us. Do not download or install it through unofficial channels to avoid malware intrusion. We recommend that you upgrade or update this Service according to the software upgrade prompts. Otherwise, we shall not be liable for software usage issues, unsupported functions, device binding problems, etc., arising from version and device model mismatches.
4.1 License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive and non-transferable limited license under the following terms, allowing you to use this software and related documentation, but you have no right to sublicense.
4.2 License Restrictions
· You may download, install, and use this software for non-commercial purposes on a single mobile terminal device. You may not use it for commercial purposes, nor may you rent, transfer, or sublicense it.
· You agree to use this software and documentation only in a lawful manner, and not to copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or remove any proprietary notices or labels from the software or documentation.
· You agree to use this software and documentation only in compliance with all relevant laws, including but not limited to restrictions on copyright, other intellectual property rights, and/or export control regulations.
· You shall not use this Service to engage in any illegal activities or any acts harmful to networks or infringing upon the legal rights of others, including but not limited to interfering with the normal operation of this Service or maliciously spreading viruses.
· If any of the above prohibited acts occur, we have the right to immediately suspend or terminate your provision of this Service.
5.1 This Service provides application management and update notifications, as well as entry points to third-party services. This Service does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, validity, advertising, service content, or any information and uncertainties of third-party services or products. If you choose to use a third-party service, please enter into a service contract/privacy policy with the third party in accordance with its requirements.
5.2 Any disputes arising from your use of third-party services or products shall be resolved by the third-party service provider. Please contact the third-party service provider for resolution. Dispute handling is governed by the agreement between you and the third party. We assume no responsibility for any third-party services or disputes arising from your use of third-party services.
6.1 The ownership and intellectual property rights of this Service and related documentation belong to us or are used under license. The ownership and intellectual property rights of content accessed through this Service belong to the respective content owners and may be protected by relevant copyright or other laws.
6.2 Any text, images, or graphics contained in the services provided by "AI Magnifier" are protected by copyright, trademark, and/or other property ownership laws. Without the permission of the relevant rights holder, the above materials shall not be used for any commercial purposes.
6.3 All rights to any software used by "AI Magnifier" to provide services (including but not limited to any images, photos, animations, text, auxiliary programs, and accompanying help materials contained in the software) belong to the copyright holder of that software. Without the permission of the copyright holder of that software, users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
7.1 "AI Magnifier" attaches great importance to protecting your privacy. We promise to take necessary measures to protect the security of personal data and privacy information stored by users on "AI Magnifier". Before using our services, please read our Privacy Policy carefully. You can also view the detailed contents of the privacy policy in "AI Magnifier" [Settings - About].
8.1 No-Account Mode: This software currently adopts a no-user-account system design. You can use all core functions without registering an account. This means we do not collect your phone number, email address, or other registration information.
8.2 Future Account System: If a future version introduces an account system (for cross-device settings synchronization, cloud backup, etc.), we will seek your separate consent and collect and use your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. At that time, you will have the option to register an account or not; registering will not affect the use of core functions.
9.1 You promise and warrant that the customized setting information you create through this Service does not contain any information that violates national laws, regulations, or policies, including but not limited to the following:
· Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
· Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
· Damaging national honor and interests;
· Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
· Undermining national religious policies, or promoting cults or feudal superstitions;
· Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;
· Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;
· Insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others;
· Infringing upon the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other legal rights of others;
· Any behavior that may violate good faith, public order, good customs, or public morality, or is otherwise prohibited by laws and regulations.
Any consequences arising from your breach of the above commitments and warranties, including but not limited to bearing legal liability and compensating the injured party for losses, shall be borne solely by you.
9.2 You understand and agree that the use of this Service may incur data or information costs (such costs are charged by the carrier), which shall be borne solely by you.
9.3 You understand and agree that we will make reasonable efforts to provide this Service, but we do not make any representations or warranties regarding the absolute accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of this Service, and we cannot guarantee that:
· This Service will meet all your requirements;
· This Service will be provided uninterrupted, timely, secure, or without defects;
· Any information obtained through your use of the Service is accurate;
· Any defects or errors in the Service will be corrected;
· There will be no errors in data deletion or storage using this Service.
9.4 We cannot guarantee network coverage or availability. We shall not be liable for login failures, incomplete data synchronization, slow processing speeds, or other issues caused by unstable wireless network signals, insufficient wireless network bandwidth, or other network problems.
9.5 You understand and agree that the query and result content in "Help & Feedback" are for your reference only. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, suitability, or timeliness of the content provided; you should make your own judgment. If your questions are not answered or you believe the feedback results are incorrect, you can contact us via customer service.
9.6 We shall not be liable for any results arising from your illegal use or use of our services in violation of this Agreement. Please use the service in compliance with laws, regulations, and the terms of this Service Agreement.
10.1 Definition of Subscription Service
· Subscription Service refers to the service where you pay a recurring fee through the Apple App Store payment system to continuously obtain specific membership benefits.
· Subscription periods include: weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc., as shown at the time of purchase.
10.2 Subscription Purchase and Renewal
· Subscriptions are completed through the Apple App Store in-app purchase (IAP) system and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
· Auto-Renewal Description: Subscriptions have auto-renewal enabled by default. Within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the fee for the next period will be automatically charged to your Apple ID account.
· After successful charging, the subscription period will be automatically extended, and you can continue to enjoy membership benefits.
10.3 Subscription Price and Adjustments
· The subscription price is as shown on the App Store page at the time of purchase and includes tax.
· We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. Price adjustments will take effect in the next subscription period after notifying you through appropriate means.
· If you do not agree to the price adjustment, you should turn off auto-renewal before the end of the current subscription period.
10.4 Subscription Management
· Important Note: Uninstalling this app or deleting your account will not automatically cancel your subscription.
· Management Path: You must manage your subscription through your iOS device's system settings:
Go to 「Settings」 → Tap your 「Apple ID」 at the top → 「Subscriptions」; Find [Easy Mobile Manager] in the subscription list; You can perform the following operations: View the next renewal date and price, Change subscription plan (if available), Turn off auto-renewal, Unsubscribe (takes effect after the current period ends).
· Subscription status and history can be viewed in Apple ID's 「Purchase History」.
10.5 Free Trials and Promotions
· Some subscriptions may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial period, if you have not canceled, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription and start charging. Free trials are available only for first-time subscribers.
· Cancellation during the trial period follows the same subscription management path described above.
· Promotional prices are valid only for new users or designated users and may be time-limited.
10.6 Refunds and Cancellation
· Since subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store, refund requests must be submitted to Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy.
· Unless otherwise required by law or caused by our gross negligence, no refunds will be given for a subscription period that has already been successfully charged.
· After turning off auto-renewal or unsubscribing, your benefits for the current paid period will not be affected, and the service will automatically terminate after the period ends.
10.7 Changes and Termination of Subscription Service
· We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate specific subscription service content due to business adjustments, but will provide advance notice whenever possible.
· If we terminate the subscription service early for reasons attributable to us, we will refund the remaining fee proportionally for the unfulfilled service period (processed through Apple).
11.1 Suspension or termination of this Service includes the following circumstances:
· You voluntarily request suspension or termination of the Service;
· You violate or are suspected of violating laws or regulations, or violate any content of this Agreement, including license restrictions, your warranties and commitments;
· We suspend or terminate the Service in accordance with laws, regulations, or requirements of relevant state authorities;
· An event of force majeure or unforeseen technical problems occur (including but not limited to hacker attacks, network outages, virus intrusions, etc., affecting the normal operation of the internet);
· Other circumstances in which suspension or termination of the Service should occur according to laws, regulations, or due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., business adjustments).
11.2 If any of the above suspension or termination circumstances occur, we have the right to suspend or terminate the license granted to you, or take other restrictive measures in accordance with this Agreement. Any terms in this Agreement that expressly or by their nature should survive termination of the Agreement will continue to be effective after termination until the agreed conditions expire or terminate by their nature.
Unless otherwise required by the laws of your domicile, this License Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any disputes arising between the parties shall be resolved by the relevant court in Haizhu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any term or any part of this License to be unenforceable, the remainder of this License Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
13.1 This Agreement shall take effect on the date of its release or update. Both we and all users who access and use this Service shall be bound by the aforementioned terms.
13.2 We have the right to modify this Agreement at any time based on our own operational conditions, market environment, and other factors (including changing, adding, or reducing corresponding terms). Once the terms are modified, we will update them on the relevant pages. If modifications materially affect your rights or severely restrict your use of this Service, we will notify you through prominent means.
13.3 If you do not agree to the modifications of this Agreement, you may stop using this Service. If you continue to use this Service, you will be deemed to have accepted all modifications to this Agreement.

15.1 The headings in this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms in the text.
15.2 If any term of this Agreement is held to be wholly invalid, partially invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
15.3 Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to establish any commercial partnership or agency relationship between you and us.
15.4 To the extent permitted by law, we have the right to interpret the terms of this Agreement.
